Breakaway Resources aims to become one of Australia's leading mining and exploration companies.
2010 has seen Breakaway sharpen its focus on the priority Wildara and Miranda Projects within the North Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia; an area we believe offers the most attractive opportunities for future exploration success.
Our objectives are:
- The discovery and development of a
high-quality stand alone nickel sulphide
deposit (+30kt Ni metal @ 3% Ni); and
- Maximise shareholder wealth for non-priority assets;
Our objectives will be achieved by
pursuing the following strategy:
- Develop and drill priority nicket targets on the Wildara and Miranda Projects which are
located within the Leinster District, North Eastern Goldfields, Western Australia; and

Continue to pursue divestment options for high value non-priority assets (e.g. BHP Altia JV).
