INTRODUCTION
The Board and management are committed to Corporate Governance and, to the extent they are applicable to the Company, have adopted the Eight Essential Governance Principles and each of the Best Practice Recommendations as published by the ASX Corporate Governance Council ("ASX Principles and Recommendations").
The Board has adopted comprehensive systems of control and accountability as the basis for the administration of Corporate Governance. The Company's Corporate Governance practices were adopted by the Board on 16 August 2004 and reviewed on September 2007 and February 2010.
